    102 If you have installed locales-all and you want to keep the "french" default portal page, this step isn't needed. In other cases: you will have to change the file config.php 
     104If you want translations in all the languages wifidog supports, you need to generate all the necessary locales.  here are various manual ways to do that, but unless your disk space is at a premium, the simplest way to do that on ubuntu is to do the following:
