This is to collect the information for the new ISF server.

REQUIREMENTS LIST:

1. Server to host virtual environments for the following functions: PROD, DEV, TESTING.

2. The PROD environment will consist of 2 virtual "guests": APP and DB. The database application will be separated from running on the same server as the Wifidog application.
