Problem with Offsite Login Page

Description

Auth Server installed and worked fine initially. As I began to make changes to networks and nodes I lost ability to log back in as administrator. I get the login page but when I enter my username/password browser navigates to /login/index.php and all I get is a blank page. Login fails because I can't manually navigate to any pages. I tried rebooting and going through install.php again but still not able to login.
