Ric,

Doubt you will get a response as it seems this project has been abandoned... what a shame. I have been trying to get some help for days. Anyways, I am currently using Sputnik and was trying to get wifidog going to move away from their paid service. I know with Sputnik the problem you are describing is solved by playing with DCHP lease time, you need to find the right balance of a long lease without running out of leases, especially in a busy area such as shopping mall or airport. Another option is to switch to a Class A private network (10.0.0.1/20) and you get around 4000 IPs per subnet and set the lease time to a week. Worth a try to see if it works.
