Defining which port to use in config.php to connect to Postegresql

Reported by: pierrelucbacon@… Owned by:
Priority: normal Milestone: WifiDog Auth Server 1.0
Component: Auth server, Feature request Version:
Keywords: postgresql port Cc:

The default port for Postgresql 8.3 is 5433 rather than 5432 for the previous versions. pg_connect() seems to use 5432 when "port=" is not specified.

This patch adds support to tell wifidog-auth which port to use in order to connect on the Postgresql database from the config.php file.

A patch for the svn version (as of May 18th, 2009) is available here:  http://www.cs.mcgill.ca/~pbacon/postgresql-port.patch

Implemented in [1395]. Patch was perfect except the default port. Debian based distributions will set the port to 5433, 5434, etc it a previous version of postgres is already running. The default port is still 5432.
