Description

The file is lost_password.php When I fill the username and email The system not check if the username and email are for the same account So, I can fill any username and my email The system send me the new password for the username (if exist) and send email to the real username

I separate the form for email and username That's it

Fixed in [1394]

Note: It is much easier to review patches generated from svn with a command such as 

svn diff>patch_name.patch
