Allow users to change their username

Allow user to change his username (once a week to prevent abuse?)

Also, the user profiles should let users add a "nickname" if not blank, it 
will be used in place of the username for display.

Changing the username is no longuer an expensive operation. It sould be allowed as often as the user wants, there is no need for a separate nickname. However, it might be a good idea to sanitise the name: -Strip all HTML -Limit to a reasonnable length

It's also desirable to let the user check "Don't show my nickname", in which case he will only show as "Annonymous"

The "Don't show my nickname" featurte should be moved to the user profil feature request. Or don't you think so?

This is quite useful as many users do not realize their username will show up at the hotspot's page when they are eonline then e-mail me to change their login for them.
