Please use the mailing list http://dev.wifidog.org/wiki/Contact%20/%20Support, you will find a much better response from the community.

As a starter, your error points to not being able to read the config file wifidog-auth/wifidog/config.php, I would suggest you check that all the folder permissions were set correctly.
