The config_available_locales.php must be changed to allow the users to select the new catalan translation

Hello, After the commit 1356, the Locale directory includes a catalan translation. A catalan locale needs to be in the array of locales of the config_available_locales.php file to allow users and browsers to select it . In the attached file, I added the line:

'ca_ES' => array('Català', _("Catalan"))
