node_list.php shows '1' online user for hotspots that are splash-only, it should be bright enough to count by mac address if the node is splash only.

Yes, but it will say "There are 8 people connected here" and the list will be 
empty ?? We're not gonna show the MAC addresses ... What do you 
propose.

what about in the user list showing each splash user as "Splash User(M:A:C)"?
