Add Refresh Button capability to BannerAdGroup and ContentGroup

Description

Activating the switch to an alternate display in either the BannerAdGroup? or the ContentGroup? requires refreshing the page.

I would like to see the possibility of including a "Refresh Button" with the group that would immediately refresh the page - save going to the refresh on the browser.
