Paypal money paid for Wireless time possible?

Hello all,

I am wondering how hard it would be to set up Wifidog so that the captive portal puts people at a screen that allows them to select how much time they want internet access for, and pay for it.

For example:

1 hour - $10 1 day - $20 1 week - $40

...and so on and so forth. What we want it to do is grab that persons MAC address so that only his computer has access on, and it doesn't bother them with a user name and password. Also, that the timer starts ticking as soon as he buys it, meaning his hour is up in one hour after he bought the time.

I basically have to get a system like this working and nothing available offers this kidn of setup that I could find anywhere. I might have to program this myself. :)
