Move sessions to the database

This will solve two problems:

1-For a user at a hotspot, the browser session may timeout before or after the gateway session. This will confuse the user as he is listed as logged in, yet is asked to login again, or is listed as not logged-in, and yet is connected.

2-It's necessary for the newly implemented Open ID identity provider to have longer session timeout.
