Add Open ID relying party (client) support

Description

This should be much easier to code than the Identity provider part already in SVN. It does however raise some rather delicate UI questions for the login page. See also doc/developer/OpenID for more info

How would this be possible? OpenID logins requires a redirecting a random website, which is not possible in a captive portal environment.

It requires dynamic walled garden support, which was supposed to be part of the 2.0 gateway protocol. Unfortunately, not much progress was made on that front.
