New translation (Portuguese from Portugal)

Description

New translation. Wifidog already have Portuguese from Brasil (pt_BR), but not Portuguese from Portugal (pt_PT), which is my translation. To the select menu, you can write "Português do Brasil" and "Português de Portugal" or "Português (Brasil)" and "Português (Portugal)". Thanks, Miguel

Hum, now I see "Português de Portugal" is a quite big to the menu :\ Maybe "Português PT" and "Português BR" it's better?
