Flickr support is broken

Flickr support is broken since Phlickr changed some parameters in 
their API. I will need to check what's missing. Once fixed, we will tag 
a specific working version for Wifidog.

I checked yesterday and it appears it'll be trivial to
fix... Simply add a new field in the database for holding
the "shared secret". Once fixed, I will tag a stable Phlickr
release as 100% working with Wifidog.

Should have time to fix this by monday night.
