Adding a block rule in FirewallRuleSet global causes an error.

Problem is most likely the the actuall rule must be reject in INPUT table, but drop in NAT.

Ok, this bug is now understood. It actually has no ill effects except the error message, and can't be fixed (without reopening It will need the upcoming firewall refactoring to fix without re-causing #65. Bumping to 1.1.4 and changing priority accordingly.
