Add "Untill clickthrough" display option

Add an option for Content group not to show an element once the user has interacted with it on a previous session (By clicking anywhere in it). Must only take effect on opening a new session.

This is especially useful for surveys and announcements, which become irrelevant once the user has clicked on them.
