groups of nodes for purpose of adding content to multiple hotspots

Content could be relevant to one specific node, a group of nodes, or the entire network. Right now there doesn't seem to be a way to manage content for a group of nodes.

Now content has to be added to each nodes portal page through that node managment interface. Being able to easily add or manage content at serveral portal pages at the same time is a key feature for adoption of the content management system.

Groups would often be used for geographic proximate nodes, or it could be some other subset of the entire network. So groups should be capable of overlapping.

It's already possible using thempack and networks, with authenticator on one unique network , it's what we have done on
