More meaningfull error message when not being an administrator

Description

When accessing the administration interface using a direct link without being logged in as an administrator, you should get a warning message with some explenation instead of:

Fatal error: Call to a member function isSuperAdmin() on a non-object in /wifidog/admin/generic_object_admin.php on line 276

Unfotunately, unfixed in [1091] (necessary to revert the changes fixing #242 to be able to fix #245). Now either we catch the errors in their respective GUI contexts, or we wait for the Role system, which will have to re-code each and everyone of theses anyway.

Issue will disapear when we fix #161 for access control and user not logged in issues.

For others, they usually mean actual fault conditions in the code and we probably want to keep the backtrace, just format it better.
