The DD-WRT distribution loads the following two modules for the ipsec pass through to work:

  • ip_conntrac_proto_gre
  • ip_nat_proto_gre

The original Linksys distribution and rthe DD-WRT distribution execute this command to disable ipsec pass through - it doesn't get used, when enabling the pass through:

iptables -A FORWARD -o $WAN -p udp -m udp --dport 500 -j DROP

Error wasn't related to the Wifidog gateway ...

so can someone prove that they are able to connect to IPsec VPN server threw the Wifidog? I am currently using Chilispot, and when using third party VPN clients such as Cisco VPN client software, my clients are not able to create IPsec VPN connections to their companys. I am looking to switch my three locations to WifiDog if it does not share this same error.
