Allow renaming of a node-id

Description

Right now you cannot rename the id of a node which has been active (i.e. connections logs).

I just tried with a node with a few tens of thousands of connections. It took a minute, but it wouks just fine. Can you give more details?

Action
as closed
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'
