Allowing node content manager to override display of network defined content

Allowing node to override network wide content is a NYC wireless priority. While not currently assigned to anyone, the consensus is that this feature must be planned for.

The suggested UI is simply to have a list of checkbox while all the network content. You can check those you want to remove. Should be stored in it's own table in the database so that deletion of network content can delete the entry.

When adding this feature we should also add the possibility that it can be defined which of the network wide content may be deleted ...

Would it be possible to have a check box in the Network UI thst enables or disables Node Content Managers from overiding the display of Network Content.

If a Network allows Node Content managers to overide network content then the above is a good idea (enabling the selection of specific Network content to overide).

Maybe this is implicit in the concept to begin with I'm not sure.
